Good reasons to write

• Corrections. If a spec, a number or a calculation looks wrong, tell us which article and what you found. Include a link to your source if you have one.
• Topic suggestions. Questions about portable power that we haven’t answered yet.
• Questions about an article. If something isn’t clear, we’d like to know.

What we can’t help with

• Product support, warranties or returns. Please contact the manufacturer or the store where you bought the product.
• Electrical installation advice. For anything connected to a home’s electrical panel or permanent wiring, talk to a licensed electrician.
• Medical questions. For medical devices, check with the device maker and your doctor.
